GBRf class 66720 in Metronet colours comes into Orton Mere Station under the Peterborough 'Park-Way' road bridge on Saturday 6th of March in 2010
This class 66 was at the NVR for just this Diesel weekend from GBRf.
I went to Orton Mere on the Saturday and the NVR Peterborough station on the Sunday.
Class 31128 & class 31 108 at Orton Mere
Class 31 128 and class 31 108 are starting out from the Nene Valley Railways Orton Mere Station on Saturday 6th March in 2010 with a train to Wansford. The second man leaning out of the door way is about to get the token from the signal man at at Orton Mere signal box. The token is from Orton Mere to Wansford.
Class 31108 and Class 31 128 on the train to Peterborough in platform 2 at Orton Mere with a train to Peterborough NVR station.
D182 at Orton Mere
D 182 is coming into the Nene Valley Railways Orton Mere Station on Saturday 6th March 2010 with a Carry on Glagging headboard. This diesel locomotive was at the NVR just for this event.

D182 (later BR Class 46) is in BR Green. This locomotive is owned by the Peak Locomotive Company which is based at The Midland Railway Butterley. It went to the Mid-Norfolk Railway after this visit.
