Class 25059 at the Keighley

This BTC Type 2 loco was D5209 when built at Derby. It had a Sulzer Six Cylinder 6LDA28B (1250hp) engine with a Stones steam generator

This class 37248 (which was D6948) is at Keighley station on the Keighley and Worth Valley Railway in 2008 . This Class 37 locomotive is in West coast colours  and is based at the Gloucestershire Warwickshire Railway with the The Growler Group in 2008
DRS class 47237
DRS class 47237 was at the Keighley and Worth Valley Railways Diesel Weekend in 2007 and is in the KWVR part of Keithley station.
In 2008 this class 47 changed owership and was re blanded in  Advenza Freight. The locomotive is in 2014 with West Coast Railways

The Keighley and Worth Valley Railway
This railway runs from Keighley to Oakwoth along the Worth Valley. There are stations at Ingrow, Damems and Harworth.
The line was closed by BR in 1962 and was then reopened by The Keighley and Worth Valley Railway in 1968. This was 101 years after the line had opened in 1867.
The railway has now been open and run by the KWVR for 50 years in 2018.
The railway was were the film The Railway Children was filmed.
