The 2009 March Diesel day had a number of visiting engines one of these was First GBRailfreight class 66732 which was on a train of continental stock at Wansford Station which is the headquarters of The Nene Valley Railway with a train to the NVRs Peterborough station
 
This First GBRailfreight class 66732 was at the time in 2009 one of the newer of the class 66s only having been delivered in 2008.

The 2009 March Diesel weekend had a number of visiting engines, one of these was Direct Railway Services (DRS) class 37667. This was on a train at Wansford Station with the then NVR based class 37518.
