2005 at Midland Railway at Butterley

As the name says this railway is all about the Midland Railway. Its main site is at Swanwick Junction, were it has a large collection of steam and diesel locomotives and about four or five signal boxes,and all sorts of bits and bobs

Class 31 108 in 2005 at The Midland Centre

This English Electric Type 3 was built at Robert Stephenson & Hawthorns with the Works Number of EE/RSH3368/8411 of D6890.

This diesel locomotive is a British Railways Class 02. It was built in 1970 by the Yorkshire Engine Company. It was with drawn in 1970.

Class 03 0-6-0 diesel shunter number D 2138

D 2138 is outside of the Princess Royal Locomotive Trust west shed were it was used as the depot pilot.

This locomotive was built at Swindon works for British Railways in 1960 and was withdrawn in 1969 by British Railways.
