Freight liner Class 47270
Class 47 270 inside Wansford shed in October 2007, still in its Freightliner colours
This Brush type 4 started life as D1971 in the British Railways two tone green. Then 47270 was renumber as 47270. As can be seen it had ended up with Freightliner. This class 47 had ony just come to the NVR.
By February 2008 this locomotive had been repainted into BR Blue livery and given the name SWIFT and the number 1971. It then left the NVR in July 2009
Polish 0-8-0T number 5485
Polish 0-8-0T number 5485 is a class Slsk/Tkp. This steam locomotive was built in 1959.The locomotive is at Wansford, being a diesel weekend the locomotive was not in steam.
