'NVR Tornado Steam Movment 12th August 2015'

Tornado 60163 on its way to Orton Mere station on the 12th of  August 2015 crossing the Hotpoint Bridge, on what is now part of the NVR, along the Fletton Branch. The bridge was repainted black last year.

Tornado had come along the East Coast Main Line with its surport coach from Stewarts Lane (London). It had run round its surport coach in Westwood Yard (Peterborough) and then ran tender first to Fletton Junction and on to the NVR.

Tornado at the Nene Valley's Orton Mere station on the 12th of  August in 2015 just with its surport coach after it trip from London.

The NVR was runing at mid-week summer holiday service that day and Tornado had to wait for the train from Wansford to the NVR's Peterborough station to cross at Orton Mere. Tornado had just had a overhall and was very clean in its new coat of paint in the early British Railways light green.

9529 comes into Orton Mere Nene Valley Railway station on the12th of August 2015.

9529 is a BR Swindon Type 1 0-6-0 Diesel Hydraulic Locomotive or Class 14. This was running the NVR mid week trains on 12th of August 2015.

Tornado leaves the Nene Valley's Orton Mere station on the 12th of  August in 2015 with its surport coach after it trip from London and heads for Wansford.
