Ring Haw in Wansford yard on Saturday 12th September 2015
"Ring Haw" worked at the Nassington iorn stone Quarry, which is only about 3 miles from Wansford. It work there with It its sister Locomotive "Jacks Green" which has been at The Nene Valley since the start of the railway. This locomotive Ring Haw went to the North Norfolk Railway. This year is the first time Raw Haw has been to the NVR. Its a pity Jacks Green cannot be steamed, as it has been out of ticket for a number of years.
Ring Haw has been at the NVR most of 2015 while the class 5 and 0-6-0T "Thomas" and the Battle of Britain are all in the NVR workshops.
