Langham Junction signal box in 2009
There are 4 tracks between Oakham station and Langham Junction signal box (two of them are goods loops) This signal box also controls a level crossing which has lifting barriers for a B road. The box has had new PVC windows fitted. Note there is now no ledge around the box to clean the windows. The crossing is about a mile from the village.

This box is still in use in 2021. The box like all the other signal boxes on Peterborough to Leicester railway line was to close around 2017
